Subscription and Cancellation Policy

IMPORTANT: Your subscription renews automatically. Cancel at any time before your next renewal date to avoid being charged. App Store and Google Play subscribers: cancel at least 24 hours before renewal per Apple's and Google's billing rules. Deleting the Auralyo app does NOT cancel your subscription. See Section III for cancellation instructions.

I. Subscription Plans

Auralyo is operated and billed exclusively by GoShapers L.L.C-FZ (UAE). Available plans with introductory pricing (~60% off standard renewal rate):

Your first billing period is charged at the introductory rate displayed at purchase. Subsequent periods renew at the standard renewal rate above, unless you cancel before the renewal date.

II. Billing

2.1 Web Purchases — All Users

All web purchases are processed by GoShapers L.L.C-FZ (Dubai, UAE) via one of our authorised payment processors — Stripe, Inc., Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), or PayPal (Europe) S.àr.l. et Cie, S.C.A. ("PayPal") — depending on your location and the payment method selected at checkout.

By authorising payment, you authorise GoShapers L.L.C-FZ (or Paddle, where Paddle acts as merchant of record) to charge your selected payment method automatically at the start of each renewal period at the then-applicable renewal rate until you cancel.

Card statement descriptors. To help you recognise charges from us, your card or account statement may show one of the following descriptors depending on which processor handled your transaction:

If you do not recognise a charge, please contact support@auralyo.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute — we can usually resolve billing questions within 1 business day. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account as set out in the Terms of Use and Service, Section VI.

Merchant of Record — Paddle transactions. Where Paddle acts as merchant of record, the Paddle Buyer Terms (available at paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms) apply to your transaction in addition to this Policy. Our order process for Paddle-processed transactions is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Limited; Paddle is the Merchant of Record for those orders, handles customer service inquiries related to billing, and processes returns and refunds for those transactions in accordance with our refund policy. For Stripe- and PayPal-processed transactions, GoShapers L.L.C-FZ is the merchant of record and handles billing support directly. For invoice or VAT receipt requests on Paddle-processed transactions, you may also contact Paddle directly via paddle.net or assist@paddle.com.

2.2 In-App Purchases (Apple App Store)

If you subscribe through the Apple App Store, all billing is managed exclusively by Apple. To cancel, go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your Apple device. We cannot process refunds or cancellations for App Store subscriptions.

2.3 In-App Purchases (Google Play)

If you subscribe through Google Play, all billing is managed exclusively by Google. To cancel, go to the Google Play app > Subscriptions > Auralyo. We cannot process refunds or cancellations for Google Play subscriptions.

2.4 Billing Discrepancies

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact support@auralyo.com within 60 days. Include your account email, charge amount, and date. We will investigate and respond within 10 business days.

III. Cancellation

3.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time using any of the following methods:

• In-app: Profile > Account Settings > Subscription > Cancel Subscription
• Email: support@auralyo.com with subject "Cancel Subscription" — processed within 24 business hours
• App Store: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Auralyo > Cancel (iOS subscribers)
• Google Play: Google Play app > Subscriptions > Auralyo > Cancel (Android subscribers)

Deleting the Auralyo app does NOT cancel your subscription. You must use one of the methods above.

3.2 Effect of Cancellation

Access to premium features continues until the end of your current paid billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a current billing period, except where a refund is granted in accordance with Section IV.

3.3 Cancellation Timing

For web subscriptions (Stripe, Paddle, PayPal): cancel at any time before your next renewal date. Cancellation takes effect immediately and no further renewal charges will apply. Your access to premium features continues until the end of your current paid billing period.
For App Store subscriptions: cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date, as required by Apple's billing rules.
For Google Play subscriptions: cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date, as required by Google's billing rules.
Cancellations processed after a renewal charge has applied take effect at the end of the newly charged period.

IV. Refunds

4.1 Refunds — Web Purchases via Paddle

Where your purchase was processed by Paddle as merchant of record, refunds are handled by Paddle in accordance with the same 30-day satisfaction guarantee set out in Section 4.5 and your statutory rights set out in Sections 4.3 and 4.4. You may request a refund either: (a) directly through Paddle at paddle.net; or (b) by contacting support@auralyo.com, in which case we will forward your request to Paddle for processing. Eligible refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days; up to 15 business days in some cases.

4.2 App Store and Google Play Purchases

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled exclusively by Apple. Refunds for Google Play purchases are handled exclusively by Google.

4.3 EU and UK Right of Withdrawal

EU and UK residents have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of the date of contract (i.e., the date of purchase) under EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and equivalent UK law, provided they have not commenced any audio session. Once you start your first audio session, the right of withdrawal is lost as the digital service has commenced at your express request. To exercise this right before commencing any session, contact support@auralyo.com. A model withdrawal form is set out in Section 5.3 of our Terms of Use.

4.4 California and Connecticut Residents

If you reside in California or Connecticut, you may cancel a web purchase and receive a full refund before midnight of the third business day following the purchase date, regardless of whether you have used the Service.

4.5 Refunds — Web Purchases via Stripe or PayPal

If your purchase was processed via Stripe or PayPal, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date, provided you have completed at least 5 focus sessions and found no meaningful benefit. To request, email support@auralyo.com with subject "Refund Request", your account email, purchase date, and confirmation of sessions completed. Eligible refunds are processed typically within 5–10 business days; up to 15 business days in some cases. Applies once per account; does not apply to renewal periods.

V. Free Trials

We may offer free trial periods at our discretion. Trial terms — including the duration, the price that will be charged at conversion, and the renewal cycle — will be displayed clearly before you provide payment information.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin automatically and your payment method will be charged at the rate disclosed at signup.
Where required by applicable law (including in Germany under the Fair Consumer Contracts Act and in other EU jurisdictions with mandatory reminder rules), we will send you a reminder before your trial converts to a paid subscription. Elsewhere, reminders are provided on a best-effort basis but are not guaranteed; you remain responsible for cancelling before the trial ends if you do not wish to be charged.

VI. Price Changes

We may change subscription prices at any time. Where required by law, we will notify you before changes take effect. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
